Can I get refunded if I have to leave the program because of an unexpected event?

Refund Policy
At CBI Kaua’i, we strive to offer quality education and experience to all our students. We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that lead to the need for a refund.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Tuition Fees: Refunds for tuition fees are available (aside from $800 non-refundable deposit) if a student withdraws before the start of the term. If a student withdraws after the start of the term, the refund will be prorated based on the number of weeks attended.

Non-refundable Fees: $800 initial deposit fee.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please notify our administration office in writing at [email protected]

Refund Deadlines: Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the start of the term.

Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, and issued via the original payment method.
